About our services

Liberty Link Group is an independent insurance brokerage. We help you shop coverage across multiple insurance carriers. We are not an insurance company. Any quote provided through the Site or by us is an estimate only, is not a binder or a guarantee of coverage, and is subject to each carrier’s underwriting, eligibility rules, and final pricing. No coverage is in force unless and until a policy is issued by an insurer and any required premium is paid.

Not professional advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional insurance advice for your specific situation. Policy terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions are governed by the actual policy documents issued by the carrier.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or contacting us, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, access it without authorization, or misuse any submission feature.

Licensing

Liberty Link Group is a licensed insurance producer in Oklahoma and Texas. Products and availability vary by state and are subject to carrier appointment and applicable law.

SMS / text message program

Liberty Link Group operates one SMS text message program, described below. You consent to it separately from any other communication consent, at the point you check the optional SMS-consent box when you provide your mobile number on one of our quote or contact forms. That box is unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase, quote, or service — you can use our site and request a quote fully without ever opting in to text messages.

Insurance quote & policy-servicing messages

When you provide your mobile number on one of our quote or contact forms and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Liberty Link Group related to your insurance quote and policies. Examples include: follow-ups on a quote you requested, requests for documents needed to finalize a quote or policy, and notifications about renewals, endorsements, or other policy activity. Message frequency varies with your quote and policy activity. These messages are sent by Liberty Link Group, an independent insurance brokerage. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Sample message: "Liberty Link Group: your auto quote is ready — reply with a good time to review, or call (405) 594-5953. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

General SMS terms

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and graphics — are owned by Liberty Link Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without our permission, except as allowed for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

Third-party sites and carriers

The Site may reference or link to insurance carriers and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Carrier names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Link Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Link Group and its owners and staff from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
